It's really not that hard, and there's no reason to remove the throttle body. Just get some cleaner, Wynn's is a good brand, and remove the black intake duct from the metal throttle body, push the intake butterfly open (by turning where the accelerator cable is attached to the throttle body), and spray the cleaner into the throttle body. Be sure to follow the instructions of the specific cleaner you are using. Here is a link to cleaning your Idle Air Control Valve as well
