Synthetic Oil for new Sentra?

I would love to get your opinions.Is synthetic oil the best option for a new Sentra, and if so, when is the right time to start using it? What's your opinion on synthetic oils?Thanks

Generally synthetic is considered safe and a good idea after the break in period or about 10k miles.

In most engines it's a great idea, and I haven't seen anything indicating otherwise for the MR20.
