syncro replacement for 2005

I was looking to replace the 5th gear syncro on my 2005 G-35 Sedan. after calling a local trans shop, i was told that ther are no parts for this transmission and i would have to get a new one or find a used one. Does anyone have any info on this?

They (the dealer) replaced my transmission after I complained about a noise and difficult engagement into second. All Infiniti's have a 6-year 70k powertrain warranty...take it to the dealer!!
