I have seen badges and heard references to Sylvia's designated with K's, Q's, and I think A's too. Now, I am pretty sure they designate upgraded versions of the Sylvia, but does anyone know exactly what parts are upgraded on each? And which letter is for the best Sylvia?

K's are the turbo SR20 models I believe, but I am probably wrong =) I don't know for sure, this is a Daunttless question.

1988 - 90 S13 Series OneThe J's and Q's came with a CA18DE. The J's were a basic interior while the Q's were mid-range, with full power options and optional LSD.

The K's came with the CA18DET, and had optional HICAS, LSD, and ABS.

The J, Q, and K specifications stood for Jacks, Queens and Kings.

Other models available was the 180sx.

1990 - 93 S13 Series TwoThe J's and Q's were now a SR20DE. Same interior differences and optional LSD on the Q's.

The K's came with the SR20DET and same stuff as before.

Other models available were 180SX, 180SX Type X and Type S

1994 - 96 the Sileighty was available.

1994 - 99 the S14 was available.

The J, Q, and K models were pretty much the same as above. The K model getting the SR20DET and the J's and Q's getting the SR20DE.

99 - 0? the S15 was available.

Damn, it was a me question and I wasn't here. As Nismo pointed out, they were trim and suspension packages not engine packages, things work differently there. : ) The A's were Ace/Almighty and follow the playing card tradition, they were basically just a special run, top of the line model. In the S15 theres just a base model and a Spec R, no more Js, Qs, Ks, and As.
