Okay so my goal with my 240sx is to have a nice ride quality for daily driving but with enough stiffness for the occasional corner carving. Dont think I am going to hit the track much but I do want some stability for those curvy roads by my apartment.

Looking to spend 1500 or less on some coilovers.

What do you guys suggest?

Car is a 91 hb with q45 front brakes (rear are stock).

I do plan on switching to 5 lug as well. I am new to this and if anyone could point me to a guide or parts list it would be much appreciated.

Suggestions for wheels and tires that meet my daily needs would be awesome too. Not real good with tire sizes and such just now learning .

I highly recommend going with RSR race springs and some koni dampers.

You won't go that low, but the feel is great! Its perfect for a daily driver in my honest opionion.

How do they compare to some F & F coilovers or TEIN? Im talking entry level sub 1500 coilovers. I saw some TEIN for 800 I think...

generic coilovers are just too stiff & bouncy for dd. RSR & koni are a good combo.

Then fix body roll with fat sway bars. People seriously underuse them
