Switching out J30 halfshafts????

okay i'm going to pick up a j30 diff from a 93 model with the 5 bolt axle flanges. i can't get the axles. would it be possible when i take the diff out of my s13, if i can use my half shafts (which are 6 bolt) out of my diff and put them into the j30 diff so i can continue to use my 6 bolt axles?
