Switching from 4 lug to 5 lug

What would be the best way to switch the lug pattern on my car from 4 lug to 5 lug? I was thinking about maybe getting some hub and everything off of a 96 240SX SE that was wrecked, but I've also read about the 240SX to 300ZX upgrade and have considered that too. Whats the pros and cons of each change and how hard are they to pull off?

if your car is a S14 then just pull them off the wrecked 96 and put them on yours.
