Switch install?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

ok so since my wiring sucks i found out i'm going to run my fuel pump off a switch along with my fan and my car is was already converted to push button start when i bought it does anyone any issues that could arise from this???

The ecu controls the fuel pump. its not on continuously.

push button start is usually wired wrong. prob 99.999 percent of the time.

well ya get 2 benifits running a fuel pump off of a switch insted of ecu controlled...#1.) you never run lean due to static delay of the pump { pump is allways on} and maintains fuel pressues at a constant rate...#2.) you can add a second switch in a hidden spot on that circut as a security feature from theft...works like a charm..you may get the radio ripped off..but you will have your ride for shure......i run this set up with fans allso on toggles..workes well for me..and its easy..only thing is the inline pump i run is noisy...good luck man..let us know how the install goes.

wow... this is difficult but i got all my supplies today which includes:

2 red switchesan old switch panel (fits poorly)30ft of red and 30 more black wiresplicers butt conectors (haha butt)20 feet of 4 gauge wire for battery relocationtwo roles of electrical tapeand ten feet of conduit fusable link for pumpi know i forgot some stuff but thats the main stuff

ok so my friend decided that he could wire up igintion and "fix" it... well he screwed it up so now i'm also i'm putting switches in for the ignition since my tumbler was gone anyways oh well

pics as soon as i'm done
