Switch Bluetooth while driving

Anyone know why I cannot switched between paired devices while my 2011 m37x is driving? Can only do it while vehicle is not in motion.

Same goes for my 2011 QX

Is it possible? Just the audio devices. Not concerned about Phone

I'm not certain about this, but my guess is that the Bluetooth device switching function gets locked out while the vehicle is in motion, just like a lot of other functions. I was able to defeat the lock out in my old 2005 FX35 by interrupting the GPS feed to the head unit with a simple switch. It would fool the system into thinking that I wasn't moving. I wish that there were an easy way to do this in my 2012 M37x.

Do you use an iPhone or iPod Touch with the new iOS5? I recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS5 and have noticed that the Bluetooth streaming drops out much more often than it did before. I'm hoping that either Infiniti or Apple addresses this soon.
