Swirl valve control
Hello everybody its been a while since i interacted on the forums and i have a question regarding the swirl valve control i cleaned the six small intake looking swirls out the other day and everything is good but how can i know if the valve that controls them is working and their is no check engine light.

Because sometimes problems happen for example the other day it was jiggling and sounded like a misfire so i changed the sparkplugs and every thing was fine but also no check engine light thats why i am asking

Haha i mean it feels like its losing electrcity and one of the sparkplugs isnt firing fine
