Hey Everyone, I'm Damian. I'm new to the forum, however, I have been on the site and reading post and comments for a little while now. I have a 2007 Nissan Versa SL sedan which I've owned for the past 2 years and since then I have made a few changes to it. When I purchased the car I wanted a sunroof with it but that option I couldn't get unless I got the convenience/audio package (whatever the hell they called it) and I didn't want to pay for that because my intentions were to change the radio. Anyways, because of that I made the changes the way I wanted them and here they are... Pls check out my car and let me know what u think.

I don't know how to post the pics here so check out the link. Feel free to comment and ask questions... Thnx

Looks good man.

I like how you replaced the stock deck. It fits in there perfect. Once I get my wheels and springs I plan on upgrading my deck with a DVD/Navi also. Although I don't want to lose my Bluetooth or steering wheel controls.

If you don't mind me asking how much was it to get the sunroof, like the total price; and where did you get it done at?

Keep up the great work! It's looking great!Welcome to the forums. :D

Looks great! I see we have another Canadian Versa owner! How did you get a sunroof installed? It looks exactly like my stock sunroof, just the controls are a bit different.

Hey Codelicious, I got the sunroof done at a place called Total Autoglass and Sunroof. What I did was ask the Nissan dealership if someone wanted to get a sunroof installed would they still cover the car and where exactly did they send it out to since they (Nissan) aren't the ones who install it. I then cut out Nissan to get a price drop and went to them directly. The price was CDN$1299 but they agreed for 1250 and rain sensor was another 200, so $1450 in total with a lifetime warranty.

This Eclipe AVN726E has steering wheel capabilities so it can be hooked up to it. As for your bluetooth I'm sure they'd just integrate the mic which is already there

As for Iluvmyversa's comments, there was different sunroof types and because I wanted more of a factory look I chose this. The Hollandia 700 series and another were the top model for the sunroof but I didn't want the other as it was a twin roof style which I didn't think would look nicely on my car

You paid $1450!? wow! I only paid $2000 from Nissan to get the upgraded sport and tech package! The only feature I don't have is the rain sensor.

hey Kam, the shop address is 736 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON , M8Z5G5. It's called Google my friend- easy to use. All the best, you'll love it. Oh, btw, if you're really interested I'll let you take a look at my car personally seeing that you live in Toronto. Get in touch with me through my email.

I couldn't really post pics of the interior as it was really hard to take good pictures but if you'll be amazed when you see it. Even ppl who came in my car before the sunroof was done was unable to tell the difference after it was done.

I didn't even know you could get a sunroof installed aftermarket! Thats awesome! Those tweeters look pretty sharp also!

I thought I had to get a completely new Versa to get the sunroof... what good news!

Be warned though, depending on the quality of the sunroof and quality of installation many of aftermarket sunroofs have problems. I don't know a single one on a 240sx that didn't leak or break.

I have read things about that but like you said Biggie a 240sx- that's quite a few years back my friend. Everything has improved since their time and besides that some sunroof like this one has a lifetime warranty on parts and labor.

Then again u get what you pay for right!
