why would you bid 20k on a car..listed by a guy with only 1 feedback.. who doesnt feel its necessary to list any of the mods.. i.e. demonstrate a knowledge of the car.

Heh, it's an automatic too. And he claims it does 163mph in 4th? Yet he also claims a top speed of 200? Now maybe I'm wrong, but isn't the 240 auto a 4-speed? So where's he getting this 200 top speed? In the mystery 5th gear?

well if you look at the picture of the interrior, there are three pedals not counting the side foot rest which is out of view, so maybe it could be a manual

Yeah, I see the pedals now. Plus the shifter looks like a stick. But why didn't he just list it as a Manual? Checking there site out right now. Taking awhile, 56k and flash don't work well together...

but his engine is an rb25, and what im geussing is when you insert the vin number for your vehicle ebay puts all the original information of your vehicle in so you dont have to. so if he did swap a manual transmission in, it would list as auto

I see... I thought that would be the case, but it seems like he could have lease stated that (and the mods) in his vehicle description. Sweet looking engine though!

Its a 5-speed. I've seen alot of cars on ebay listed as automatics but in the description they note that they're really manual, just a glitch when listing w/ ebay or something. anyways I agree about it being kinda sketchy though, and for wanting 20 grand he could at least put some nicer pics that you can see in better detail
