I know you're all up in Canada and stuff, and the roads are pretty ruff. However it looks like stock suspension... Consider going with some KYB adjustable shocks with some ebiach pro-kit springs. They lower yor car 1.8 front and 1.6 rear. That's what I did, my car isn't slammed, and I can handle the nasty ruff roads and the huge bump into my drive way with out scraping my bumper, and I live in Minnesota, roads are pretty bad here.
