If your talking sway bars or strut bars, I would suggest sways. They have a completely different purpose though, stb's brace your car, and sawys make your car turn flatter.

basically they just stiffin your chassis, by bracing the big gaping hole known as your engine bay, and also bracing your trunk. They would stop the rattle from the sunroof but Im not sure if it would be much of a difference than that w/out a very stiff suspension. I you want both just get some ebay STB and some whiteline says.

sways will help more, and with the whitelines you can dial in more over or understeer to make your car more neutral

strut tower bars will help the car from flexing during cornering. You'll have a more noticable effect from sway bars than from STBs
