Is there a reason that Suspension Techniques front AND rear sway bars is the same price as say the JUST the front bar from Cusco or Tanabe? Is it just a name brand thing?

I believe it’s just a brand thing, even if cusco is better but therefore twice as expensive, you are not going to feel the difference between them.

I have a rear ST sway bar, I’m very happy with it, high quality & bolts right up

They are made here, and the name brand is a difference.

Cusco is CuscoSuspension Techniques is Suspension Techniques

He was saying that the name brand thing is part of the price difference. No offense to ST, but if I was on a bigger budget, I would pick Cusco over ST.

its like shopping at wal mart or abercrombie. they both sell t shirts, but which one fits your budget? my rule of thumb is you get what you pay for, and i never make sacrifices on my car for money...

ST bars would be just fine. I would only spend the money on Cusco, if I REALLY felt that the ST bars are not thick enough.

Otherwise maybe the blue paint that Cusco uses is more expensive than the gray paint that ST uses.
