should i go with suspension techniques sway bars or intrax? with the hundo ide save with the intrax i was thinking about putting it twords a flywheel or possibly a more track feel clutch. and suggestions on anything listed ubove (ie: sway bars, flywheel, clutch) would be appriciated.

also is it worth sacrifising the ride to go with subframe collars? im more about performance and would definatly bare the ride if it would be efficient

Go with suspension tech for the sway bars. Also, the subframe collars are money well spent

I went with Stillen for my sway bars, how big are the suspenstion tech sway bars? I know the Stillen ones are 28mm front and 21mm rear.

Also, the subframe collars don't really do much to the ride, not anything noticeable.

good to hear that the subframe collars are a wise decision. but as for sway bars, i heard that they are the single best upgrade for the z32 suspention... i hope the intrax will work out okay there 28mm front and 21mm rear. with the money ide save with the intrax i would like to order a fidanza flywheel or a better clutch. THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT NSR AND FREAKONALEASH!

ps. pics of the completed Z are soon to come

The sway bars are an amazing upgrade for the suspension, I wouldn't know if they are THE best, but they are definitely up there. After I put mine on, it was like a whole different car, and the rest of my suspension is stock (except for adjustable tensions rods).

the brand of sway bar is secondary to the thickness, get the set that comes with the fattest front bar

Personally the 4 first suspension based purchases I would go with would be - subrframe spacers, strut tower bars, tension rods and sway bars. After that you go with shocks/struts. After that you are pretty good for a while.

Anything after that, I would consult the Z32 suspension god known as Aikmeng Kuah at SPLparts.com for anything else suspension related.

i just ordered my sway bars, i decided to go with the intrax... ide like to critique them so every one knows if there decent. i also ordered subframe collars and a good front strut bar, are the rear strut bars even really necessary? im mostly driving the Z around town, but a few track runs here and there are bound to happen. i was wondering what kind of low buck parts i could buy to give me a few more horses, i was going to go with a flywheel and 6 puck clutch, what do you guys think?

thanks for all your input so far guys

If you do drive it around town a good bit then the 6 puck clutch is going to suck after about a week of driving, esp. if you have to take off from a stop on a hill. I cant stand the one that I have right now, Im currently looking for a replacement. I am also trying to decide between the ST and intrax sway bars, so be sure to post up your opinion.

Not to be a burden are you happiness of getting a front strut bar, but honestly, a rear strut bar will do more good for the Z than a front strut bar would. After you put just the front strut bar on, your rear-end will loosen up even more, and Z's already have a little trouble with oversteer, and a front strut bar will make that worst.
