sway bars

Hey i just got a set of cobbtuning sway bars and they are adjustable and i wanted to know what would be a good set up for auto-cross/road racing?

here are the ways you can adjust them

Front Bar RatesPosition 1 = 25% Stiffer over stockPosition 2 = 50% Stiffer over stockPosition 3 = 85% Stiffer over stockPosition 4 = 135% Stiffer over stockRear Bar RatesPosition 1 = 85% Stiffer over stockPosition 2 = 130% Stiffer over stockPosition 3 = 190% Stiffer over stock

I would imagine you could try it in all the settings on the front and back and different combo's and drive it. I would adjust it to my liking/comfort. Let us know what you end up with.
