sway bar trouble help

Ok got some sway bars ebaich tried to take off the front sway and ran into a problem. We got the sway bar disconnected and took the tie rods off form the streeting. The problem is I can't get it out it gets stucks between the motor mount and the streeting thinky lol not sure what its called. The bar is like 2mm to thick even tried hammerin it anybody know what I should do to take the stock one off. Really don't want to take motor mount off. I even had my car on a lift. I believe you have to at least loosen the rear motor mount bolt. Tough to say exactly without seeing what you're describing it running into. Post pics if you can.
