What are you looking for here? Where to have a motor swap performed on your 240?
Depends on your location.
If you're on a budget, having it done for you is a bad idea.
Cheap usually = poor quality.

I agree w/ WDRacing. You're lacking details. What kinda swap are you looking for? SR20DET? LS1? Pinwheel + hamster? And as far as shops, it would help to know where you are located. Plus "best place" and "cheapest place" tend to be opposites.
