one of the reasons its taking me so long to find my M is that im really picky with many features like navi, leather, and as well as wood trim.

i dont see many M with the english burlwood (dark brown) and thats what i really want. i see a lot with the lighter blonde burlwood but i dont feel it is as elegant.

would any here with the english burlwood be interested in swapping with the blonde burlwood at anypoint?

The 03-04 M45 was available in birds eye maple in only two colors. The colors were smoke (standard) and natural or blonde ($300.00). You might want to contact Jason Burtman since he has done some slick additional woodwork on some Q's. His info is all over the Q site.CheersMark

Hola,If it is the dark brown wood trim that you want, you are going to have it done custom. The Q45 inserts are not identical to those on the M45. Now if you do not mind the blonde maple, then you can easily do something. The one thing I saw on Jason's Q that I thought was sick is the wood trim surround for the sunroof/sunglass case. So again, the brown wood available in the F50 Q was never available for the M.CheersMark
