swapping speedo from digital to analog

Can anyone explain how exactly to swap from a digital speedometer to an analog one? Over the summer I purchased a '93 coupe that came with the digital speedometer with the HUD and every gauge in the cluster works except for the speedo and HUD. After searching on here and reading a bunch of different threads, it sounds as though the digitals aren't very reliable. So I'm interested in just swapping it out for an analog one to keep from future headaches. I understand that I need an analog cluster as well as the wiring harness, but how exactly do I go about swapping it? Anyone have a write-up I could read or anyone maybe want to write it up for me? Also, if anyone has what I'm looking for for sale, I am interested. Thank you.*mike*

PS...does that mean the mileage will no longer be accurate or is that something that I can screw around with to make it read what it reads on my dash now?*mike*
