Mine ran like a freaking beast. Until the seals blew. Make sure you know if its from a Zenki or Kouki. We were told afterwards the Kouki's are dual BB and require a restrictor. I didn't have one in it. But I've driven SR's with the stock T25 and mine felt ahell of alot more powerful at lower boost levels. Bolts right up with no mods.

Prob the part number on them. My brother has a S14 turbo and I had one. They looked identical, but mine went south and his has held up great. We both use the same oil. I know there's a part number label on them. Prob get that number and call Courtesy to see if they can match it to a year. They've been a great help on locating hard to find parts for my brothers 89 CA swapped 240. G/L man and be safe!

if you want responsive 300whp then its a good idea. definitely get a .03 restriction fitting if its BB.

if u dont know if it is dual ball bearing, and if it is used, u can take it to a turbo reapair shop, let him know u need to get it rebuilt but ur not sure which s14 turbo it is, he'll take it apart and he'll be able to tell if it is dual ball bearing or not. and ur getting ur turbo rebuilt so its a win win situation. its just gonna cost u a few extra bucks.

OK found out the S14 turbo is d ballbearing..the shop guy suggested i wait till i get a aftermarket intercooler(since my new car came with stock IC) before boosting it up past stock .7 bar to be safe.Plan was running it at 1.00 bar or .95 bar.HE said that will be fine. Funny thing tho..the japanese shop guy sugessted i gut the car..also to get even better response and handling..hmm looking into that now as well..anybody stripped there S13 out for weight savings? any real big differnce..

thx all for the help
