What would need to be done, if it CAN be done, to swap out the differential from an S14 to a Z32 and vise versa? My friend wants the 3.69 gear from my TT and I'd like to have the 4.08 gear from his S14 so we're thinking we might do an even swap lol.
Thanks in advance!

his S14 uses a short snout R200 open diff, your TT uses an R230 VLSD, so the short answer is no, if you wanted to swap in a complete subframe from an N/a it uses the short snout R200 VLSD, the issue is you'd still be trading the LSD for an open unless you swapped gearsets then you'd have to pay to have your lash and pinion depth set on both diffs, and don't forget you'd be loosing top end speed wiht the lower ratio thats somethign people don't think about, so when you are on the insterstate cruising at 65 mph keep in mind your engine would have to be spinning 200 rpm faster to maintain the same speed
