swapping pumkins 3.3/open diff to 3.5/VLSD

hey guys im getting a used 3.5fd tommorow. I was wondering what all i should change when i swap my pumpkin out. I am already gonna change the seals and change the diff fluid. Anything else i need to take care off while im under there? I am an AT with 70k

all of you guys that are going to put oem 19's on your sedan,make sure you use 4 front coupe wheels,or you will be disappointed at the way it looks in the rear,especially with the 245/40/19 tires on the rear...
