Hi guys. I have the teana with the 3.5. Inside my engine looks like this, except that i have a aem intake system, the air filter is not in the engine compartment, it is somewhere infront of the left wheel.

My engine seems to be damaged, and i want to a complete change over to this which is from the 2013 maxima from the usa

I know this is a very difficult project i have undertaken, but i got the new engine with 20k miles for a great price from a 2012 maxima sv. Plus, my teana was only tuned for 225 hp whereas i heard this newer model does 290 !! so it seems to me to be worth it.
I have never did a conversion in a vehicle before but we got all the tools needed.
Ive been told this is what i need
Engine with the manifolds
Cvt
Complete harness
ECM
Transmission Control module
the new engine and transmission mounts
the y pipe
axles ?

Using back my aem intake, is there anything else I will need, and anyone can feel free to give comments on this project that can help me, thanks

you may need to dig into the factory service manual of the two cars and see if the parts are the same. i dont know so I cant help you there.
