swapping lsd from s13 to s14 differential

I need to know the best steps to take to swap a nismo lsd from s s13 non abs differential into a s14 abs vlsd differential. I have the vlsd still in the abs differentail housing and the output shafts.

Take the LSD out of the S13 diff/ring/pinion, take the flanges, swap into S14 diff.
