Swapping KA24DE from a 92 coupe to a 91 hatch?

Okay, about a week ago my 92 coupe was hit on the side and did just under $2k in damages. The kid that hit me is a friend and to keep insurance out they are giving me $1,750 cash to make up for it.

So while I was at school I got the bright idea of swapping the perfectly good KA from my coupe into another s13. Well I looked around and found a 91 hatch with 168k miles and a blown head gasket for $1k.

My question is, having no engine swap experience myself, could I take out the blown KA and swap in my good KA without to much of a hassle?

Also doing this swap would go from an A/T to an M/T transmission.
