I bought a '95 S14 with OBD-1. The previous owner swapped in an OBD-2 tank, the pump runs, but the fuel level sender doesn't plug in. The OBD-2 sender is a 4-wire connector while the OBD-1 is a 3-wire connector. Has anyone swapped the senders from different tanks (moving the OBD-1 into a OBD-2 tank, or should I cut off the connector from the OBD-2 sender and wire the OBD-1 connector on it.
Anyone have a wire pinout for each system's sender?
