I'm putting a welded diff into my s13 and was wondering if anyone knew a trick for breaking the bolts loose where the driveshaft connects to the diff. I can't get a wrench on those 4 bolts(driveshaft side). If i do, they slip off and i cant get a socket on them either. Any suggestions?

if I remember correctly, there was enough room to fit a wrench on the nut side - maybe try a 6 point one, those work much better.

Make sure you lube/wd-40/pb-blaster them up first, helps a lot.

I believe the way I ended up doing mine the first time was to have a wrench on one side & the other side clamped down w/ a locking plier. Then I was able to pop em off quickly.
