Swapping an R230 diff into a 240

i was wondering if anyone on this bord or on another bord has done a r230 diff swap on a 240sx and what it would take to get it to work

You are snapping q45 diffs?

The R230 is significantly bigger than the R200, but as with everything anything is possible with the right resources (be it money, patience, tools, friends with skillz, etc.)

is there a reason you want to?

the R200 can take a ton of setups for differentials, and if you leave the case the same it saves you a ton of headaches when it comes time to mounting it to the car.

Ive been told by many a person that it will not fit, and I can see why, because I own both. One of these days I will try to swap them, but it looks like it will require some serious work. The R230 is massive.

was just wondering if it has been done and i know there is a lot of fab work and no out of a tt 300zx
