Swapping a sr20det engine into a 240sx, anyway to keep it automatic transmission

When swapping an SR20DET engine into a 240sx. Is there anyway to keep the transmission automatic? I have a Convertable 240sx that is automatic but I still want to swap the SR20DET engine into it but i dont want to have to change it to a manual. Is there anyway i can keep it an automatic but still have the SR20DET engine and the ECU working. My friend said i would have to get the ECU automaticized or whatever for around $300. Please reply.

isnt that kind of sacreligous?? Anyway I think a few domestic infinities had RWD sr20s maybe you do something with that
