Swapping a KA24E to a KA24DE in a Hardbody Pickup

I was wondering if there is any problems that I am going to run into in swapping the KA24E out and putting in a KA24DE, also does it have to be the same year model or will any year motor work in a 91 Nissan Hardbody Pickup.

the de was not available in the truck till 98 and that is obd II so basically your going to have to replace the harnesses the trans the ecm, all your emissions so you dont get codes. Nah peice of cake if you can get ahold of a wreaked D22[frontier]
