Swapped..now what...

I have a 95 240sx and i swapped out the motor from a 97 240sx..now heres the problem, the intake manifold harness dont match up..what should i do?

1) Swap the manifold2) switch harness and ecu

Now if i decide to use the 97 harness and ecu, will everything work fine? and is the 95 240sx OBD II or I? Because i live in NY and they require all OBD II vehicles to be plugged in for inspections..

I'd use the original harness and ecu...

I really want to swap the harness and ecu because its sooo much easier then changing the manifold..so i really want to know if i got pulg my car in for the inspection
