I did the KA24E to KA24DE swap I have read many threads about it.I have 4 connections that I cannot find there mates.

The next two pics are a connection coming from the fuse box the wire runs in on the same side as those 3 main connections on the side of the box

Next two are of another connection from the fuse box it runs directly under it as you can see

Another connector this one comes off of the main harness...I believe it was the main.

Next two are off the lower harness looks like the plastic connector broke and these two wires are whats left, they are yellow/green and yellow/black...the pics above this had yellow/green and yellow/red wire possible connections...

If you know wheres these go or have pics of where they go please reply! I am at a loss here because myt shell didn't have a lower harness or an engine so I cant remember/didn't have a chance to see where these go.

Any link to a very detailed or labeled diagram or picture of the lower and main harness and there connections would be helpful aswell.

I looked at the FSM last night and it wasn't very helpful. (I didn't have time to go and get my FSM that I have printed out from my apartment)

Thanks in advance, Tim!

i believe that the three on the side are for an auto transmission and the other one is a diagnostic port. Dont hold me to it but i think thats what they are someone else will chime in soon

I hope they arn't necessary, looks like there is a connection for one of them on my SOHC harness (SOHC harness is for a 5spd tho...) Huh I have to check my timing and make sure my fuel pump is working. We'll see. I hope more people chime in aswell.

looks like one is for the alternator.

you should tell us what all plugs you have plugged into what.

i also think that the plug under the fuse box is supposed to connect to the engine harness, not sure though. and too lazy to go out and look at my engine bay.

alternator is plugged in for sure, the problem we are having is that there are no ends for these plugs to go into, these harnesses came straight out of the car we got the engine from.

does it run? if so and no problems leave it. maybe will have a check engine light on from it and then just get the code from the PCM and that will hint to what the connector goes to perhaps, when i swaped from OBD2 to OBD1 my throttle body only had one connector on the OBD1 and two on the OBD2 so i just took them apart and switched parts!

Nope it isnt running. I think the cams may have been installed incorrectly, if not all the cylinders have bent valves or I have a hole in my piston or something because I read 0 compression on all 4 cylinders.
