Swapped a rb20 into 14 no Injector pulse

I just swapped a rb20det into my 95 s14, followed a wiring guide and now am at the point that I can get it to start with starter fluid but I have no injector pulse and both injector leads have constant power (no pulsing ground) and my ecu stays on always (not only when key is on) exept for while cranking. Please help! Trying to make it to an drift event this coming weekend and getting frustrated fast!

Do you have the 2 green relays in? Near the ecu?. You can pull the cas leave the key on and spin the cas. You should hear the injectors click

Both relays are in and I pulled the cas and spun it but no click from injectors but fuel pump comes on. I believe the way my first ecu got fried is I jumped one of the green relays wrong, not sure if that screwed somethin else up

double and triple check your wiring and also check the ecu for any codes.
