swapped a 95 ka24de with auto/manual swap into a 5spd 95 S14

I'm in the middle of doing research on this, but, I figured I would post up here in the meantime and see if anyone has an idea on this. I have a friend that blew his motor in a 5spd 95 S14. I had a motor from a 95 S14 that was converted from an auto to manual. I swapped in the motor and found out that when they did the auto/manual swap on the other car they reused the auto transmission harness so all the sensors on the transmission aren't hooked up, plus there is one plug that won't plug into anywhere on the fuse box. I'm not sure what that plug does but i'm sure its probably the reason why the car won't start now.

I'm going to pull the transmission harness from his old motor and hook it up to this one and see if that works. But, besides this off hand is there anything that I might have missed?
