I just swaped an 16 valves engine, and I had to swap the harness and ECU as well, but it still doesnt work! If I drop some gas into the intake the engine starts and keeps on, but I cant make it start with the ignition key. It seems to be an electrical problem cause when I turn the key on and the off it just stays on!!! even if I take the kew out the gauges stay on, so I have to disconect the batery! I dont really know what is going on but its driving me crazy. If someone can give a tip or sime kind of help I'll be really grateful!!!

Not the starter because it cranks. You have to have something wired in wrong. Youre gauges are staying on because you ahve power where you ARE NOT suppose to have power lol. Recheck all of your wiring over again.
