Toyota, mazda, other nissan (specifically fwd). Other than the usual brake/hub upgrade (300zx etc). Anybody ever try throwin on some maxima, supra, or rx7 hubs? Curious as to what 5 lug hubs will fit s13. I think the 3rd gen maxima had a single piston caliper with bigger rotors though for instance, but will the hubs fit? I was thinkin about throwin some s13 suspension on my 510 as well. A cheap wheel upgrade.

I can answer, but I'm no expert.

The answer you're looking for is Nope.

S14 SE is your best bet, it's a bolt-on affair.

Agreed. S14 SE is the bolt on(and drill a couple holes and switch ball joint) affair, assuming everything comes out easily.

Time is my main issue. There simply aren't enough hours in the day to fit other brand parts and see how they work.

Z32, J30, S13 and S14 have a number of interchangeable items. If those four cars can't net you your goal, post what you have in mind to see if we can help. Your question is very wide ranging and cannot be answered simply.

I've actually spent the time, and the answer is no. After going through timken, and other bearing/hub catalogues, none fit the inner/outer diameter that the s13 requires.

Here's a thought..If you had a press you could put the S13 bearing into the S14 SE 5lug hub and you'd have the simplest easiest front swap ever. This is essentially what I had to do with my ATTAIN hubs because the brand new bearings in the ATTAIN hubs were junk with zero miles on them.

Nissan sells the hub and bearing as one unit, but they do that with a lot of their parts. Rear ball joints are sold with the entire new rear lower conrtol arm for instance... even though they are two separate parts.

Get the SE hub and put good working S13 bearing into it.

FW123 is the SKF # for the bearing

actually I don't think that works. I looked into that as well, but the bearings have different diameters. I know that w/attain hubs you can do that though, because they are physically the same as the s13's. There must be something that nissan made in 5 lugs that may fit the s13 exactly though, because there's nismo 5 lug conversion.

I'm not saying nismo never produces stuff from the ground up, but there's many things that are OEM rebadged. (example...long studs from xterra or frontier)
