I own a 1993 Nissan Pathfinder 4WD, with automatic transmission RE4R01A, that I love.
My VG30 engine bent the valves, and it has around 230 thousand miles. Therefore I don't want to repair it, I would like instead to swap engine.
I found a 2002 VQ35DE coming from a second generation Pathfinder, together with it's own ECU and wiring harness. everything attached.
I would like to put this engine into my 93 Pathy. I know that putting a VG33 would be a much easier job, but I would like to put the VQ35.
I would like to ask for every advice possible for this swap. And possibly to have some links where to see, with pictures or videos would be great, how the jow was done. Every kind of help will be apreciated.
