Swap??!!

Alright take it easy on me I'm a 240 guy. My firend has a 1993 z32 non-turbo, and he wants to swap in a twin turbo motor. I was wondering if it's just pull the na motor out and swap in the twin turbo motor. Or, i know on the swap i did into my car if you have to by the motor with the harness. And one more thing will his na transmission bolt up to the tt block. All the help i can get would be helpful!!!!

1) It is pretty much a straight swap.

2) The TT motor will bolt up to the N/A transmission, with soem modification.

3) Search.

i'm doing the same swap as you, the na to a tt swap. Everything on tha motor is the same besides tha oil squirter in the block and the fan speed on the na and tt one. the na transmission will mount up the twin turbo one with no modification to the motor. you will have to cahnge the ecu to a tt one or run a piggy back system for, such as a mines or greddy emange for it if u wanna go that route. if u wanna know anything else let me know ok.

If you want to use the N/A transmission on a TT engine, you have to grind the bell housing a little bit, at least the write-up states that.
