I looked for a little bit and couldn't find an answer. I have a 1980 Datsun 720 with the L20B and the 3N71B. I am considering swapping for a ka24de and auto trans out of a 1990 240sx. My question is what is involved here? are the mounts the same?
can I still use my drive shaft?
are there any issues with this kind of swap? ie. sending units? radiator? fitment?

Or would I be better off rebuilding the engine and trans that I have and starting off fresh? I'm not looking for hp gains low and slow is ok with me.

Is there another engine and trans out there (easy to find parts for) worth swapping?

I know thats a lot of questions for one post (especially my first on here) but if you guys (and girls) could do your best to answer all or most of them it would be GREATLY appreciated.
