Swap Question

Alright so, I have 2 S14's, one is an auto shell and the other is manual. I am moving everything from the manual one to the automatic shell. Do i have to move the wiring harness also?

No, just search for s14 auto to manual conversion write ups and it will tell you what needs to be done for the wiring.

Another quick question:

The manual body has a sun roof and the auto body has a moon roof, so the two windows are different sizes. Will i be able to cut the headliner easily and nicely or should i just get a new one?

No, just search for s14 auto to manual conversion write ups and it will tell you what needs to be done for the wiring.

If you want a stock look, and alll plug in's.(no harness cutting) Swap all the harness's, from the dash forward. (pretty sure you dont need to swap the engine control harness, but I did anyway) If you have the harness's on hand, its a much cleaner install. And doesnt take too long either.
