Swap problem

I just swapped my sohc to dohc. The dohc came with the egr, but no sensor. I'm going to use the sohc sensor, where does it screw into? Also the engine just cranks but doesn't turn over. It's getting fuel, spark and compression. I don't know what to do. Anybody have any ideas?

Try unhooking your mafs and see if it starts ... i had a similar problem after the swap, turned out my De mafs was bad and it started right up after i unpluged it and got another.

Nevermind it all started up. I can't believe it. I dont even know what i did. I just took out the spark plugs and layed them on the head to see if they sparked. Then i put them back in, and it started up. Weird.
