does it just click once or is it multiple clicks? if click once, try turning the key from on to start multiple times quickly. When my solenoid started going out, thats what I had to do.

I'd follow the standard steps for any engine not to start. I can't read the labels in that fuse box from the pic, but I'd guess the relay for the starter solenoid is engaging but for some reason, the solenoid is either not getting power or isn't working. I'd make sure the battery is sufficiently charged and start trying to trace the voltage from the battery to the solenoid and starter motor to see if something is not getting power when it should be. It could be the starter on the new engine needs to be replaced.

Yeah its prob your starter relay in that box. If you have power to that, you need to check on power to the starter. If you have power to the starter, the prob is the starter or a ground. If no power, the prob is in between.......But first check your battery. Goodluck
