swap problem????? help!!!!!

ok, I have the motor in the bay but it is slanted to the left, like if my left leg is shorter than the right. both motor mounts are all the way down i believe, and i have tried to bolt down the transmission mount but it isn't even with the bolt holes. help i need my car back it has been down for 6months. please help......

It's suppose to be slanted, but the way you made it sound is weird, here's how mine looks.

You could try loosening up the motor mounts, dont take them off just loosen where it bolts to the subframe. Then try to line up your trannyand tighten your motor mounts down again. Try and see if that works

Forget all that... just take a pic from a few different angles, and we'll let you know if it's angled too far.

about the transmission mount you are supposed to use the braket from yout KA transmission, not the one that came with the SR , thas why the wholes are not in line

Alright... that might be true... However I find that I am also in a very similar predicament. My Sr (S13 redtop going into my fastback) sits (in its mounts) 1" too far back. I know this because my driveshaft no longer bolts up. -.-

What year 240 are you putting the SR in daryl337?
