swap on a 89 wanting to install 85 300sx vrg30 i think

will a 85 300sx motor fit in a 89 240 coupe and will the transmission bolt up with vsld rearend if so what changes must take place

I'm pretty sure it's a direct swap, I'm not sure about the transmission though. The 85' had the VG30DE.
