Well taken care of 302s make what 270-300HP? In an S13 that will be pretty quick i dont know if it'll be "beast" level but it will most certainly be impressive.
Cams = A supercharger and im sure beast level will be easily attainable
Nonetheless, if i was gonna do a somewhat different swap id stick with the 2JZ/RB26 and the LS1
Those engines are more likely to get you to this beast level you speak of.
