Check all the connections between the pump, relay, and fuse for continuity. Try applying power directly to the pump, make sure everything is ok individually. My friend had a problem with his car that sounds similar to yours. His engine would crank, but the fuel pump wouldn't go on.

BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR ECU!!!! My friend's problem was his MAFS wire was shorting out the ECU...he fried his PowerFC and stock ECU. He had them repaired, but they may never be the same.
