I'm looking to swap nav/radios from a 2010 G37 to my 07 G35S. I know a few people on here have done it.

I am just wanting to verify radio models to make sure I have what I need.

radio: 25915-zx74a
display: 280911BY1E or 280911BY2E

Do these seem correct?

Do I also need a new climate control panel? I haven't had a chance to compare the connector locations yet.

Thanks!

I don't believe anyone on here has really documented this change. I seem to remember the displays are relatively interchangeable, not sure about the radio itself, but, I don't see why it wouldn't work. You will need a new front bezel as the G35 had the compact flash port and the 2010 doesn't.

Not worried about leaving the CF slot there. So I don't think i'd actually NEED a new faceplate.

It does seem like the displays from 2010+2015 are the same.

There was a thread here or at 6mt that documented a lot of things, minus the actual pinouts and part numbers. Pinouts aren't hard, as long as you get the right part to start with. Lots of really bad ebay listings that state the radios are correct (gotta be radio w/ bose w/navigation, etc...) but are actually from the base models. kinda risky.
