The smaller top line tees to the fuel pressure regulator, and runs across the front of the engine to your boost gauge or the boost pressure port on your boost controller.
The wastegate gets its signal from the nipple on the intercooler piping, usually closest to the turbo is best. Boost controllers go inbetween the IC piping and the wastegate actuator. The BOV outlet is supposed to be routed back into the rubber intake hose between the MAF and turbo, and the throttle body has the large 2.5 inch inlet from the intercooler and a smaller 3/4 inch hose that also comes from the IC piping."
