I'm almost done my swap, just have a little tidying up to do. I know I've read this somewhere before, but can't find it now I need it...

Where do the vaccume hoses form above, and below the throttle body go?

I currently have upper right hooked to fuel pressure regulator.Upper left plugged.Lower center plugged.

What hooks to the wastegate actuator? (upper left? Lower?)

What hooks to the charcoal canister? (upper left?)

Thanks...Martin.

I'm too lazy to go out and check but the bigger vacuum hose on top of the throttle body goes to the bypass valve/bov and the upper smaller vacuum hose goes to the fpr.

Bottom vacuum hose can be plugged or routed to the charcoal canister by the filter on the right behind the radiator.

What is the bypass valve? Where should it be? I don't think I have one. Do I need one? I don't have a BOV either.

Also the FPR has a "T" on it, indicating to me that it went somewhere else too... Any cluse?

Thanks for the help....Martin.

This should answer your questions-

Quoted from srswap.com:"The vacuum lines are simple: 3 lines start at the throttle body. The bottom one goes to the canister, block it off unless you are using the canister. The larger one on top runs to the bypass valve (BOV). The smaller top line tees to the fuel pressure regulator, and runs across the front of the engine to your boost gauge or the boost pressure port on your boost controller.

The wastegate gets its signal from the nipple on the intercooler piping, usually closest to the turbo is best. Boost controllers go inbetween the IC piping and the wastegate actuator. The BOV outlet is supposed to be routed back into the rubber intake hose between the MAF and turbo, and the throttle body has the large 2.5 inch inlet from the intercooler and a smaller 3/4 inch hose that also comes from the IC piping."

Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for, and probably where I'd found it before :-)
